Teaching & Learning Process
Teaching & Learning process cover the entire spectrum of activities that are involved in the delivery of education. Curriculum is designed by keeping in view with the syllabus prescribed by the University and also includes value added courses consistent with the current and evolving needs of prospective employers. Appropriate teaching methodologies are adopted of each course. Continuous assessment of the student is done. In each course freedom is given to the concerned faculty as to conduct the assignments, tests, seminars, group discussions, case study solving etc.,

The guidelines given by both AICTE and the University that which is based on merit and the reservation rules in vogue are followed strictly. The faculty is selected though an open recruitment process and as per the norms of AICTE/University. The vacancies are advertised in the leading National dailies to attract talent from a larger section of the Nation. The interview board constitutes of an independent body duly approved by the University.
Through the interview the commitment attitude of the individual is judged and the candidate is required to take a demonstration class where his/her communication skills are evaluated. The professional experience and the industry experience are also given preference apart from the communication skills and commitment of the candidate while selection.
