Ragging

Ragging is strictly prohibited according to University rule in the college campus.Both Junior and Senior students are required to maintain cordial relationship with each other and a disciplined atmosphere in the college campus alltogether.



Identify Card

Each student is provided with an identity card which must be carried along with him/her during the college hours and show it on demand and should wear on seminars/workshops/examinations and any academic activities.



Attendance

75% attendance is compulsory in all the academic and institutional activities. Students short of this will not be allowed to appear in the Internal Examinations as well as the University Examinations.
Students : Discipline & Behavior

  • All students admitted in the Collge must observe the rules and regulations that may be framed from time to time by the College Management.

  • Students are required to maintain absolute self discipline, in the College campus. Violation of the rules will result in severe disciplinary action against the offenders leading to Suspention.

  • Each students is responsible for the proper handling and safe custody of any apparatus or equipment that he/she may be using. In case of any damage or loss to the College property by unfair means, the student has to pay the cost of repair or replacement.

  • Student must show obedience to all the members of the staff as well as to the Managing Authority of the College.

  • All communication from the students should be addressed to the Course Director.

  • No association, union or club may be formed in the College by the students of their own.

  • In matters of administration, training and discipline, the decision of the Director shall be final and binding on all students alike.

  • Use of Mobile Phones is strickly prohibited accorting to the 'Rule of Code' from the Kakatiya University,Warangal.


    • Academic Norms

  • Students will attend programs as per College Time Table.

  • Students will appear in all tests. A cumulative progress record of each student is being maintained.

  • Students will participate in social, cultural and professional activities. Separate timings will be earmarked for these activities.

    • Refund of Fees

    No fee is refundable under any circumstances, once a candidate has paid the fees to the College. The refundable deposits are only with Computer Lab & Library after clearance of NO DUES from different sections.
